Let the air out
Leave the blowers running and go open all the zippers. It is way easier to find them and pull them while the bounce house is still full of air.
Then turn the blowers off and unplug them.
The Olympus uses either two green blowers or one black blower. That is the only correct setup. Make sure you have all of them before you leave.
Step 1 of 9
Let the air out
While it is still going down, walk to the back and push the tall back wall toward the front so it falls inward instead of flopping outward.
Then walk around to the front. Grab that back wall and spread it out flat like a bedsheet so it lies down smooth on top of the floor.
Why: If you leave it in a lump, the whole thing folds crooked and the roll comes out fat and lopsided. Flat now means easy later.
Step 2 of 9
Let the air out
When you are done it should look like this. One big flat rectangle. No big lumps or bubbles.
Walk on it and push any leftover air toward the open zippers.
Do not move on until it looks like this picture.
Step 3 of 9
Fold it
Take one long side and fold it in toward the middle. Then do the same with the other side.
The gray bottom ends up facing up. That is correct.
Keep both sides even. If one side sticks out further than the other, straighten it before you keep going.
Step 4 of 9
Fold it
Fold it again until it is about as wide as the cart. Now it is one long skinny strip.
Tuck in any loose straps or flaps hanging off the sides.
Look for the writing on the gray. It tells you what to do next.
Step 5 of 9
Roll it
Walk the strip and find the writing that says START ROLL HERE. That is the end you start rolling from.
Before you roll: lay both orange straps flat on the ground across the strip, one near each end. You roll right over them.
The other end says DON'T START HERE. If you are looking at that one, you are at the wrong end. Walk to the other side.
Step 6 of 9
Roll it
Roll it like a sleeping bag. Push down hard as you go to squeeze the air out.
One person on each end so it does not go crooked.
Tight is what matters. If it is puffy or floppy, unroll a little and do it again. A loose roll will not fit on the cart.
Step 7 of 9
Strap it
Pull both orange straps tight around the roll so it cannot come undone.
The writing on top is a note for the next person who sets it up:
Step 8 of 9
Load it
Two people lift it onto the cart. LAY THIS SIDE UP faces the sky.
Run the last strap over the middle and through the cart, then pull it tight.
Lift with your legs, not your back. Give it a shove before you walk away. If it wiggles, tighten the strap more.
Step 9 of 9
That is it
Not sure about something? Ask before you roll. Crew Lead, Austin, or Maquel.
